How does the 30-day trial work?
If you cancel your account within the 30-day trial you will not be charged. After your 30 day trial, you will be prompted to choose one plan that fits your invoicing needs. You will be able to view your already created invoices but in order to create new invoices you have to subscribe a plan.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Paypal. You can use Visa, Master Card and American Express and be certain that your data is safe. We do not accept checks.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You can change or cancel your account at any time. Simply go to "Account" in "Settings" within the InvoiceXpress application.
Am I entitled to the 30-day trial if I upgrade?
If you upgrade your plan you will not be eligible to the 30-day trial. You are only entitled to the 30-day trial when subscribing to InvoiceXpress for the first time.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No! InvoiceXpress is a monthly paid or pre-paid service. There are no contracts or commitments on your part.
What is InvoiceXpress Connect?
InvoiceXpress Connect allows you to send and receive documents with Invoicexpress accounts.
What is mandatory top up?
Each Prepaid plan is associated with a validity, which dictates the duration of use of your account.
What happens if I don't top up my Xpack plan?
Once the top up deadline for your Prepaid plan is surpassed you won't be able to create new documents, until you make a new top up. Do not worry, all your data will remain available and secure.
Do documents have validity?
No. Even if your Prepaid plan expires, the documents that you bought will be available as soon as you make a new top up.
I've used all my documents. What happens now?
Do not worry, to continue issuing documents you simply have to purchase a new package of your choice.
How long do you store my data?
Your data is stored securely for 10 years after your account expires. You can permanently delete your data. By doing so your account and all its content will be immediately and irreversibly deleted.
Will I have access to a help desk?
Yes, all paid plans have access to a help desk via email. Just email us at support@invoicexpress.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve any system problems that may arise.
What are the requirements of InvoiceXpress?
InvoiceXpress is a web application that does not require you to buy expensive servers or licensing of software. It only requires a modern browser such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer (IE7 or higher) with Javascript enabled.
