Invoicing can be a lonely and frustating task, but with InvoiceXpress that’s not the case. And we want our community to know it, feel it. Whenever you need we’ll keep you company, helping you out and making your invoice experience more positive and more fluid.

With that in mind we improved the way you – our community – get in touch with us. Along with our Facebook and Twitter (follow us!), we’ve made it easier and better for you to get in touch with us via email.

On the left side you can see the tab “Feedback & Support”. Click on it.

After clicking on it a simple elegant window will show up. You’ll only need to write in your question and/or suggestion and click Send Feedback. Easy and simple. Our support team will receive an email and quickly get back to you.

One great advantage – for you and for us – is that, if you send us messages using this tool, we’ll know where you were in the application at the moment you sent your question, and also, for e.g., which browser and operating system you’re using. Those pieces of information are vital and they will agilize the support process.

In case you aren’t logged in, you’ll have to fill in your email address.

Don’t forget that in case of any questions you can also read our FAQ: http://en.invoicexpress.com/faq/.

Some of you are already using this functionality. What did you think? We hope all of you like this small improvement.
As always, give us your feedback, leave a comment.

The community asked for it, so here it is. From now on you can make partial payments!

Now, after finalizing an invoice, this is how the menu on the right will look like:

When you click on “Add Payment”, a windows will show up at the top of the screen (just like the image bellow) where you can define: the amount of the partial payment (or full payment, if you wish); the date of the payment; and you also have the possibility to add a note to a payment. Please note that the values presented on this window are VAT free. To make the payment, click on “Save”

As you can see on the next image, you’ll be able to see a list with the payments already made and the respective date and amount. Also, if you place your cursor above a payment, you’ll be able to see the note you added to that specific payment. Bellow the payments list, there’s a payment progress bar.

Once completly paid, an invoice will automatically change to a Settled status. Also the progress bar will change and indicate that the invoice is Settled.

At any moment, you can delete individual payments. To do that, go to the right upper corner of the payment you wish to delete, like shown on the image bellow. After clicking to delete the payment, a window will appear, at the top of the page, asking if you are sure that you want to delete that payment. If you delete a payment on a invoice already Settled, that invoice will change back to a Finalized status.

All of these actions will be registered in your history of recent activities, situated bellow the document. You’ll be able to see when that action took place and which user made it.

At last, on your invoice listing, you’ll notice that there’s a new icon to identify the invoices with partial payments, but not yet settled.

This was a feature we know a lot of you wanted and will use a lot. We hope everything’s as you would like, please comment, leave your feedback!

We remind you that you can suggest new features that you would like to see added or improvements of already existing features on InvoiceXpress. Go to our Feedback forum and start suggesting!

Hi there. We’ve added three new features to InvoiceXpress!

Reset Account

From now on you can reset your account.

To do this, you have to go to Settings > Upgrade, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Reset. After this you’ll receive an email to confirm this action.

Before resetting your account we strongly recommend you to export all your data. This Reset will permanently erase all your documents, items, schedules and sequences. New sequences will be created by omission. After this, to get your data back all you have to do is import it back to the application.

Filter contacts by VAT number

We now give you another option on how to search and find your clients.

You can do this by going to any of the following tabs: Invoices, Estimates, Guides, Schedules, Purchase Orders and Contacts tabs (UPDATE: currently only fully functional on the Contacts tab). Type in a client’s VAT number in to the filter and on the list bellow you can see the documents or contact associated with that VAT number.

New Top 5 Debtors graph

We offer you a new graph called Top 5 Debtors. It will display the top 5 clients that still have payments to do. It’s a simple yet very useful resource. You can check it out by going to the Contacts.

We hope that you like these new features, please leave a comment with your feedback.

Also, don’t forget that you can leave any suggestions for new and/or improved features, on our Feedback forum.

Hi,
InvoiceXpress is now online and the service is up and running.

Are you still seeing the maintenance page?

We received some emails from our users saying that they still viewing the maintenance page. This is due the slow DNS propagation on some internet providers. We apologize for the delay.

So what can i do to use InvoiceXpress?

If you need to access InvoiceXpress right away we suggest you use the Google Public DNS. Instructions below.

Invoic€xpress proudly presents the new Affiliates program.

Earn money by promoting Invoic€xpress. Spread the word with your affiliate code and for every new client you raise we pay you a commission! You can also share a percentage of your earnings with your affiliates offering them discounts in monthly subcriptions and prepaid plans.

How to activate the affiliates program?

Login to your account, go to “Settings>>Affiliates” and click “Enable” to activate your affiliate program

How to configure?

It’s simple. An affiliate token is automatically created for you to share with your clients. You can also choose a percentage you want to share with your affiliates. Your affiliate token will change accordingly to the percentage you choose.

The Conditions tab shows how much you can earn. If you change the percentage to share with your affiliates values will be instantly updated.

The Promote tab gives you an URL to share with your afiliates so they can create a new account. You can also use the web banners to advertise in your site: just copy the code below each image and paste it in your site.

Use the Share tab to invite affiliates by email
